OBO & Associates Law Offices is expanding its team in Cebu City. We are seeking passionate individuals to fill the following full-time, on-site positions:

Role: Responsible for providing strategic legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and independent case handling. You will manage day-to-day legal matters and work closely with senior partners. 

Qualifications:

• Member of the Philippine Bar (in good standing).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Previous law firm experience is a significant plus.

Role: Support our legal team by drafting preliminary pleadings, organizing case files, and assisting with legal research and court/government agency coordination. 

Qualifications:

• Must be at least a 2nd-year Law Student.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in legal research and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn the "ins and outs" of law practice.
